Job Description

The Lawn Maintenance Supervisor Trainee will be responsible for daily operation of a maintenance crew on assigned accounts. A successful applicant will be detailed-oriented, possess a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and have demonstrated experience in all facets of lawn maintenance, including personnel supervision. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Two (2) years lawn care experience

Knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers

Valid drivers license, good driving record

Excellent customer relations skills

Self-starter capable of exercising independent judgment

Detail-oriented

Long-term outlook, dependable

Excellent customer relation & communication skills

Additional Information
