Lawn care/mowing for small mobile home park

We have a small mobile home park in Jackson, Alabama that we need lawn care for. There is only 8 homes and it has very small common areas. We can offer $200 a month to mow, may be only twice a month.
Must have a riding mower or something to make it easy, and a good phone for before and after photos.
