REMOTE CALL CENTER SUPPORT POSITIONS

Work from home taking inbound customer service calls for Fortune 500 companies who outsource their calls to at home agents in the US. This is a 100% remote position! MUST RESIDE IN USA.

All you need is a computer with a newer generation processor; minumum 8GBs of RAM but 12GBs is preferred and Windows 10/11, high speed internet and a USB headset. You get to pick your own hours. Many of our clients offer strong performance incentives based on metrics acheived. We are especially in need of Bilingual Agents (fluent in both English and Spanish)! Many clients offer opportunities for advancement and promotion after only a few months of working based on metric performance and attendance.
