Commercial / Technical Internship

The 2027 Summer Internship Program will be located at our Oxford, AL location. These internships provide hands-on training, coaching, mentoring, and practical experience in either our Technical or Commercial teams. As the world leader in wood- based panel production with 40 global sites, we are looking for talented ambitious, and passionate individuals to join our team and make a meaningful impact. During the internship, you will gain exposure to one or more diverse business areas, including Operations, Maintenance, Accounting / Finance, HR, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. You will work closely with industry professionals on meaningful projects that directly affect our operations. Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop problem- solving skills and gain insights into the inner workings of a global manufacturing leader.
