100% REMOTE Are you a skilled Help Desk Support Engineer looking for a stable long term opportunity?
If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Boston.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support Engineer:- Receive and respond to user requests via phone or chat
- Help users with password resets and troubleshoot MS Office/Outlook issues
- Ensure adherence to organizational policy and incident management process
- Bachelor's degree or technical certifications
- At least 5 years of incident management call center support experience
- Technical desktop support experience, including MS Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Flexibility in work hours
