MEDICAL ONCOLOGY

Seeking a Board Certified / Eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist physician to join our Welch Cancer Center team that includes a Board Certified Medical Oncologist/Hematologist and Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Sheridan Memorial Hospital’s state of the art, fully equipped cancer treatment facility. Located on the hospital’s medical campus, the building includes an oncology medical clinic with 9 chemo chairs, pharmacy, and medical and radiation oncology treatment services. Our oncologist is supported by three general surgeons, two interventional radiologists, two pathologists, a solid base of primary care physicians and more than 15 specialty care areas in our 88 bed hospital.

The hospital includes a new (2016) 11 bed Intensive Care Unit equipped with state of the art monitors, patient equipment and smart room technology. The hospital currently employs 1 full time hospitalist with rotating shifts from the 7 Internal Medicine physicians from the clinic and on-call support from Advanced Practice Clinicians. A new Outpatient Center building was completed in the Fall of 2018 which houses outpatients services such as Internal Medicine, ENT, Heart Center, Women’s Clinic, Big Horn Surgical and Rheumatology.

Work Monday thru Friday with shared call rotation
