ADMIN/OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE for Registered Investment Advisor Firm

Functional responsibilities involve providing administrative support to advisors:

• Prepare internal and client reports
• Processing account servicing forms and checklists
• File documents (primarily electronically)
• Coordinates schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Carries out ongoing office administration tasks and other duties as assigned and as the position develops and expands
• Maintain welcoming/boutique environment for clients
• Provide administrative assistance to supervisor and other client services specialists including assistance in operations which may include areas of: client development, marketing, special events, finance, technology, human resources, client servicing, account servicing, portfolio management reports, compliance activities

Education and experience requirements and preferences

• 2+ years of investment industry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• College degree preferred

Other:

• Priority given to Series 65 licensee (or must pass within 90 days of employment)
• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
