Associate General Counsel – Laramie, WY

Trihydro Corporation, one of the top environmental and engineering consulting firms in the country, has an opening for an Associate General Counsel to join our Legal and Contracts Team. This position will be based at Trihydro’s Corporate Headquarters in Laramie, Wyoming.

The Associate General Counsel will assist Trihydro’s General Counsel and Contracts Team with a variety of tasks, including contract review and negotiation, contract drafting, legal research and writing, risk management, corporate governance and other corporate legal matters, and human resources matters. Preferred candidates will have an undergraduate degree in a Business, Finance, or Accounting discipline, or have business or employment law experience.

Our Legal and Contracts team is looking for someone who has:

• Excellent writing and legal drafting skills

• Attention to detail

• Exceptional written communication skills

This position requires the following:

• Current admission to the Wyoming Bar Association or eligibility to become admitted at the next opportunity

• Zero to five years of relevant legal experience
