Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to work in collaboration with the Resort’s Public Relations Director and Regional Director of Marketing .

Th is position will play an integral role in the development and execution of the hotel’s annual marketing p lan compr ised of public relations, social media, and marketing strategies that support the Resort’s busin ess object ives .

Increased awareness and visibility for the Hotel, Private Residences, Spa and Food and Beverage outlets are primary to role in driving programming, traffic, and revenues.

Our ideal candidate would have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while inspiring others in the execution . The Marketing Manager will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing environments . Responsibilities

  • Work with the PR Director on generating local awareness; and assist in the development of all in-house marketing initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual public relations plan

  • Work with Director of Marketing on Resort Programming including development, rollout and marketing

  • Assist in the creation of innovative resort programming that will increase awareness and positive perception of the resort, its spa, culinary programs, services, and personnel. Programs should address specific needs as outlined in the marketing plan and capitalize on unexpected opportunities as they arise

  • Assist in the development and execution of an annual Food & Beverage Marketing plan, based on guidelines given in the annual plan instructions, including a PR roadmap, segment strategies, and key PR initiatives.

  • Serve as a sophisticated and vocal member of leadership on decisions surrounding concepting and selections of offerings

  • Work closely with the F&B and Spa teams to develop promotional and marketing activities and calendars to stimulate and capture revenue opportunities

  • Offer a keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation of creative aesthetics through a luxury lens

  • Participate in concept development, concept enhancements and innovations for restaurants and bars

  • Demonstrate leadership and visibility within the Hotel for employee relations and community relations activities

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • College graduate

  • Minimum of three years of experience in social media, digital marketing, public relations and related industries preferred

  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set

  • Photography skills and an eye for aesthetic

  • Attention to detail and organization

  • Media relations experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media applications

  • Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral

  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities

  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors

  • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and various design programs
