HR Coordinator

Mountain X, LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support a rapidly growing company in Etna, Wyoming.

Applicants should be experienced in recruiting and knowledgeable about implementing employee policies in an ever changing environment.

The right candidate would work closely with the General Manager and the Payroll department to ensure that proper protocols are being adhered to in the management of our growing staff. The focus of the role would include all aspects of Human Resources including safety, recruiting and payroll regulations for employees in multiple states, and championing new initiatives to encourage teamwork and fostering employee loyalty.

This is an in-office position, remote work is not currently available!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
