Summary: Our ideal candidate is equal-parts analytical and creative - they can transition between tactical project work and strategic work, including influencing product, programs, and marketing leaders. The Partner Growth and Enablement team is focused on the inbound phase of product and program insights for the Meta Business Partner Platform, as well as the strategy for alpha/beta testing new product features and program benefits. Responsibilities for inbound research and insights development include: foundational analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, and gathering/synthesizing deep feedback from internal and external stakeholders. This role will work closely with product, design, partner programs, engineering and marketing teams, and will represent partners within the roadmapping process for product development. Their insights will also impact strategic planning for program benefits and new ecosystem expansion.Required Skills: Growth Program Manager, Marketing Product Partnerships Responsibilities:Identify opportunities, and represent the market, by conducting industry and market research, including quantitative and qualitative research, audience segmentation and competitive analysis, specifically related to the business needs of third party technology solutions providers

Serve as the inbound research and insights leader during roadmapping and OKR development

Partner with key internal stakeholders to identify quantitative and qualitative insights that should influence product, program benefits and new ecosystem expansion strategies

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the third party marketing partnerships ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic feedback, positioning, and messaging for the Meta Business Partner Platform

Serve as an influential contributor across comprehensive, cross-functional activities including roadmapping, alpha/betas, positioning, and communications development

Partner with the Global Business Marketing team and lead successful product and program marketing communications around test and launch phases, clearly communicating the value proposition of new products, benefits and ecosystems to internal vertical business leads and external stakeholders across both third party partners and businesses

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Experience interfacing with multiple functions (e.g., engineers, product designers, program leads and marketing)

BA/BS Degree or higher

8+ years of marketing or product experiences, with demonstrable experience to bring the needs of the user into product and/or program development

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment

MBA degree

Track record of helping to build products with clear product market fit

Experience creating market requirement documents, including audience definition, positioning statements and clearly defined value propositions

Consumer or B2B marketing experience

Experience working with large-scale, global cross functional teams across engineering, product, programs and marketing

Interest for and understanding of third party marketing solutions providers

Experience balancing of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework

Experience working with or running user and market research, and applying research insights to product and/or program development
