Typically, their responsibilities revolve around conducting research and analysis to identify the strength and weaknesses of operations, finding areas needing enhancement, developing, and executing improvement projects, setting goals and objectives, and coordinating with internal and external parties.As Operational Excellence Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase the efficacy and efficiency of the RMO, with an eye toward improving the experience of internal and external stakeholders. As a Program Manager, you will drive scalable and streamlined continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll be expected to be a leader in your own right by proposing and leading cross functional initiatives that could have global impact. In this role you will apply a continuous process improvement mindset to identify constraints, develop and implement plans to alleviate bottlenecks, and elevate the overall performance of the deployment execution team. You will be a key influencer and contribute to strategic goals, roadmap, and plans including idea scoping, business analysis, prioritization, and robust planning.A successful candidate shall be a big thinker who is highly analytical, and customer focused with a track record of delivering innovation. The Program Manager must be skilled at managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly detailed and task oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.Responsibilities: Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement. Build strong partnership with RMO, GSO and GDS leaders to identify impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite. Engage other teams globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for UKG customers. Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business. Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work for the RMO. Create benchmark standards and audit processes and mechanisms for quality control.
