To apply, click “Apply to Job” online on this web page.Required Skills: Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:Analyze product requirements provided by Engineering and Business teams to define technical program requirements, high-priority action items, and long-term project execution strategy

Map dependencies and relationship between products, platforms, projects, resources, and technologies throughout all stages of software platform modifications and upgrades

Conduct market business research in management and tech industries

Expedite internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders to aid in business decision-making

Lead and manage all project phases including technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support

Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and key quality metrics to ensure Infrastructure Engineering projects adhere to business requirements and technical specifications

Identify project infrastructure problems that could present long-term, critical effects, and develop modular solutions to present to stakeholders and Engineering leadership

Ensure that production decisions align with company-wide strategic initiatives

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, and lead efforts to increase the automation of program and project processes

May Telecommute from any location in the U.S. (Remote worker benefit)

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:

Program or project management in a technology organization

Software engineering including architecture and design

Working with technical management teams on coordination of multiple high-impact projects

Programming language: JIRA
