Summary: Meta is seeking a Program Manager to support culture initiatives as part of Infra Data Centers (IDC) Team Experience. The person in this role will work with a globally distributed team of stakeholders and cross-functional partners to lead culture-related programs, projects and initiatives across the lifecycle of Meta’s worldwide data center footprint. They will have a track record of successfully building consensus among diverse individuals across globally distributed cross-functional organizations with a "hands-on" approach in order to accomplish all necessary tasks. You are resourceful and action-oriented and have the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles independently. Team members are strong problem solvers and collaborators, with a focus on driving impact and helping the organization scale.Required Skills: Program Manager - Engagement, Team Experience Responsibilities:Develop, lead and support culture programs (e.g., engagement, onboarding, recognition, etc.) for the data center team with large-scale impact that span multiple global teams

Drive culture programs by authoring communications and facilitating in the coordination, planning, and execution across data center teams and business partners

Establish strategic project plans to achieve the desired business outcomes

Coordinate and support program development with key partners (HR, Recruiting, Legal, Communications, Finance, etc.)

Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives

Measure the impact of culture programs and ensure scalable solutions

Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize processes and tools that scale across the data center teams

Develop strong cross-functional relationships with leadership across the organization

Influence leaders on best practices and approaches to effectively execute and deliver high impact culture priorities that span the Infrastructure Data Center team

Develop and execute knowledge sharing processes and procedures, including content management and leveraging internal/external resources

Foster a culture of collaboration and decision making based on data

Maintain project management best practices to include thorough documentation, capture lessons learned, and effective knowledge management

Lead and grow recognition programs across the Infrastructure Data Center team

Publish regular program updates (e.g., roadmaps, read-outs and highlight reports)

Support the development and facilitation of Onboarding programs

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or experience program managing (leading, developing, executing, and communicating) people programs

8+ years of project or program management experience or in an equivalent function, 2+ years as a program or product lead

5+ years of strategic planning, consulting experience or the equivalent

Experience in MS Office and G-Suite tools

Experience in interpersonal and cross-functional communication

Experience communicating with executive and project-level audiences

Experience executing on multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience planning and executing events and logistics

Experience with pivot or transform high-velocity, high-ambiguity programs

Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Recruiting, HR, Operations, or Marketing

Experience in data center, high tech, or similar environment

Experience working independently with minimum supervision and leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups/locations/vendors
