Summary: Responsible for aspects of Vacation Rental Properties and Long-Term Rentals and assists with Employee Housing Programs. Responsible for assisting in the operations of off-site rentals, property management of rental properties, and communication with the property owners. Assist owners, guests, employee housing employees and co-workers in a timely and efficient manner. Must be able to set priorities and complete tasks in a varied and constantly changing environment, and to successfully balance the needs of owners, lodging guests, long term tenants, employees and the resort. A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Grand Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.
