Inventory and Cycle Counter Clerks (Wisconsin Rapids)

Inventory Control Clerks / 2 pm – 10 pm or 4 pm – 12 am / $13.15 Per Hour

Inventory Reconciliation/Cycle Counter Clerks / 6 – 2 pm, 7 – 3 pm or 8 -4 pm / $12.50 Per hour

Both positions contribute to the efficient operation of a warehouse, by ensuring accurate inventory control and record keeping. Fifty percent of the time spent working will involve walking and standing on flat surfaces, and the other fifty percent sitting at a desk. Candidates will be required to work overtime when necessary and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Please send us your resume to be considered

Key Duties:

Return parts into specific inventory locations, and pick and/or allocate parts to the warehouse floor.

Document and reconcile all transactions into the computer system.

Perform physical aisle audits and investigations to maintain inventory accuracy and to help solve quality issues.

Process leftover and damaged materials used in production.

Verify and record inventory customer and cycle counts.

Support assembly teams as needed.

Essential Job Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail

Able to use a calculator to do basic math computations

Demonstrate good data entry skills

Communicate effectively through emails

Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities

Must be trained and certified to drive a forklift
