GENERAL LABORER NEEDED

LIGHTNING AUTO CARE CENTER is a leading auto repair facility in Schofield, WI. We’ve been providing repair services for over 30 years to the local area. We are looking for a late afternoon, evening or overnight Custodian/Janitor for our Schofield, WI location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Independently organized and ability to prioritize workload.

Knowledge and ability to work with general cleaning equipment and materials.

Must be able to climb ladder.

Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching/working overhead and standing for long periods of time.

Capable of regular lifting randomly sized items up to 75 pounds.

Able to work with cleaning chemicals.

Able to work alone without direct supervision

Able to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General cleaning & organizing of facility offices, restrooms, walls, floors, equipment, furniture, light shields, etc.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.

Remove shop garbage and recyclables.

Efficiently and effectively perform all work tasks ensuring the highest level of employee safety, product quality and teamwork.

Back up for maintaining lawn cutting, trimming, landscaping, trimming trees and shrubs, and snow removal.

Perform other duties as assigned.
