As Assistant Manager, you are a vital member of the management team who is also learning and developing essential management skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant.

2 years of previous experience in a management position

Demonstrate an understanding of company policies and procedures to maintain 100% guest and team satisfaction

Enjoys working in the restaurant industry and developing people

Excellent leadership and communication skills

As a Service Associate you are a vital member of your Fazoli’s Team. You may elect to focus on becoming proficient in just one or a few different positions or you may seek to get fully cross-trained in all positions and perhaps one day develop the skills necessary to become a Trainer or Manager. Requirements:

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not mandatory

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills

Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed

Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
