Material Handling Field Service Mechanic

Seeking a experienced Field Service Mechanic

Responsibilities:

As Field Technician you will be maintaining, servicing and supporting material handling equipment, systems and products at the customer locations.

Additional responsibilities of the Field Technician include:

-Driving to customer site, diagnosing, trouble-shooting and repairing forklift and other equipment while maintaining positive customer relations

-Performing preventive maintenance on equipment at the customer's facilities

-Completing all required paperwork and time records accurately and completely

-Accounting for all parts, materials, and consumables used as required

-Driving and working safely at all times

-Ability to work without supervision.

Job Requirements:

Must have good mechanical aptitude and ability, with knowledge of industrial electricity and good customer relations skills.

Additional requirements of the Field Technician include:

-High School Diploma or GED

-Experience in a related field or a graduate from a trade school

-Forklift, automotive or related industrial, aviation or military experience

-Valid Driver's License

-Aerial equipment experience a plus
