Social Media Specialist / Social Media Strategist / Marketing Manager (Spring Grove, IL)

New Leaf Home Furnishings is a consignment furniture store that sells new and pre-owned home furnishings.

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our friendly team.

Ideally someone who is:

- available 3 days per week to work on-site (hours and days may be flexible within our business hours)

- a self-starter

- an independent thinker

- outgoing and eager to help

- experienced with Social Media

- energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment - this position may require being on your feet all day as well as lifting items over 20 pounds

- experienced with Customer Service to cross train as a Customer Service associate - would be a plus!

Tasks include:

- Post and schedule interesting and informative Facebook posts that create sales and visits.

- Post and renew furniture inventory on Craigslist.com and LetGo.com.

- Keep website current with changing inventory (new and consignment) as items arrive and sell.

- Deploy consistent email newsletters showcasing our new inventory and monthly specials, classes, promotions, drawings, and news.

- Brainstorm ideas to increase website traffic, Facebook likes, eNewsletter base, positive reviews, and most importantly sales.
