We understand that each individual has personal likes, dislikes, strengths, abilities, and struggles, but a general description of the different mechanical positions we have are described below. For each mechanical technician skill level, daily activities, duties, and responsibilities would include, but are not limited, to the following:

Diagnostics / Repair Technician

This position is for the ‘elite’ mechanic with a job-related degree, the ability to diagnose, years of experience, a wide range of tools, and a vast knowledge of vehicles.

Daily responsibilities and tasks will include vehicle diagnostics via road tests, visual inspections, and diagnostic equipment; engine and transmission overhauls and rebuilds; exhaust work; timing chains; A/C repairs; electrical repairs; and other skill-based repairs as required.

Mechanical Technician

This position is ideal for a technician that has good understanding of vehicles and that some experience in an applicable industry and their own tools.

Daily tasks and job duties will involve alignments; suspension; brakes; exhaust, and other mechanical repairs as required.

Vehicle Maintenance Technician

If you are interested in the mechanical industry, but have limited experience, training, education, and tools, this is perfect position to start off your professional career! We will train the right individual.

Daily job duties and tasks will include oil changes; basic safety inspections; tires (mount and balance, repairs, install tubes, etc for trailers, vehicles, and trucks); charging system repairs (battery, alternator, starter, etc); brakes; and other light duty mechanical repairs.

Heavy Duty Technician

This position is best suited for the established mechanic with a job-related degree, the ability to diagnose, years of experience, a wide range of tools and abilities, and a vast knowledge of medium, heavy, and fleet vehicles.

Daily responsibilities include fleet maintenance; diagnostics via road test, visual inspections, and diagnostic equipment; oil changes; brakes; exhaust; DOT and safety inspections; charging system repairs (battery, alternator, starter, etc); exhaust repairs; electrical repairs; and other mechanical repairs and maintenance on medium- and heavy duty customer and fleet vehicles.

For all mechanical positions, the following daily tasks will need to be performed: effective communication via writing, phone, and in person with office personnel, supervisor, and occasionally customers; up-keep and cleaning of your tools and workstation; documentation of parts used and work performed; road tests for diagnostics purposes and or to verify repairs performed; and occasional parts ordering. All mechanical positions within our company require a valid driver's license and clean driving record. All employees are subject to drug testing and a background check upon hire and periodically as required. We strongly encourage training and certifications for All positions and provide position-relevant paid training free to full-time employees. We are a complete, all-around, on-stop shop, and we give strong consideration to cross-trained, or willing to cross-train, individuals.

We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:00AM - 5:30 PM, and all mechanical positions are to be worked within business hours. This is a full-time position with no weekends and occasional opportunities for overtime. We offer competitive wage, plus commission!
