Apartment Maintenance Technician

Part time maintenance position at apartment buildings in Superior and Ashland. Must have own tools, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry desired. Would be responsible for cleaning, unit turnovers, resident maintenance, common area maintenance and grounds. Must be good with people, self disciplined and must be very detailed oriented.
