Finish Carpenter (Washington County area)

I am looking for a experienced finish carpenter. Must be detail oriented and able to work by yourself. Mostly new construction finish carpentry (mostly high end)with some occasional decks in the summer months. I have been in business for over 20 years and have a good customer base. I am looking for someone to expand with my company. Pay will be competitive and based on experience.
