Job Site Superintendent - High End Residential

In the role of a Site Superintendent, you will be expected to safely carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to you as it relates to building custom residential projects for high-end customers throughout SE Wisconsin areas which includes but is not limited to:

Set a precedent on all jobs for safety, cleanliness and quality

Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements

Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed

Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements

Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items

Lay out floorings, roofs or similar structures ensuring they are in accordance with the quality standards of the Company

Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated

Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance

Build scaffolding and other construction structures

Prepare budgets for clients and others

Conduct project meetings with clients, subcontractors, design professionals, inspectors and others

Take off and purchase materials, tools and similar items

This senior leadership role is dynamic. You will be expected to occasionally perform manual labor, lift and move heavy objects, work outside in inclement weather and work inside performing detailed finish work or using a computer or working all while leading other subcontractors and construction professionals on the job site.

This is a leadership role for a skilled crafts person. Someone who has seem and done a lot of residential construction with your own tools and vehicle.
