About HK Decorating and Painting Pros:

We run a fast-growing 2nd generation family painting business. We believe in the unlimited potential of employee and like to treat our employees like family. Some travel throughout may be required, especially during the winter months, but we provide a nice hotel and $35 a night Per Diem to cover your daily expenses. We like to provide each employee with an opportunity to hone their skills and move up to the next levels in the trades or learn other aspects of the business, i.e. sales/marketing or estimation. HK Decorating is now over 27 years old and growing rapidly. Because of this, we are looking for a team player who will take pride in their workmanship and provide that next level of customer service to our clients. THE ROLE:

You Will Be:

Participating and/or learning all the steps in our standard operating procedures

Developing your skills with the opportunity to potentially become a crew leader

Engaging in your assigned duties with accountability to your production rates and ability to work under lesser supervision
