Do you enjoy working in a retail environment but not working every holiday? Are you looking for a position that allows you to have more work life balance? We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who can focus on relationship building with existing clients and selling our products to new clients. This person will work with our Retail team, along with support from our Marketing and Inventory teams. A Customer Care Specialist will have the following traits:

- Strong drive for sales and performance management

- Self-starting with minimal direction

- Someone who is both task-oriented and people-oriented

- Comfortable working face-to-face with clients

- Content to work independently for extended stretches of time

- Enjoys a dynamic work environment in which every day will vary

Duties include:

1. Exceed expectations for Company Core Values.

2. Provide outstanding customer service at all times

a. In-person

b. Over the phone

c. Via text & email communications

3. Help our clients shop and make suggestive sales

4. Set and achieve sales goals

5. Build relationships with all (approximately 2,000) of our clients

6. Handle majority of customer and new lead follow-up

a. Troubleshooting water care issues

b. Closing big ticket sales

7. Answer and direct phone calls

8. Maintain clean store

9. Stock the store and help manage warehouse

10. Drive the forklift

11. Constantly shift around product offerings in store

12. Take care of pool and spas in the store

13. Collect and forward customer information when needed

14. Assemble products as needed

15. Go to customer’s house to deliver product or perform operation instructions

16. Open and close the store regularly

This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401K Plan with company match. Our office is located on the outskirts of Waukesha, WI. $500 Sign on Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days and $250 after 6 months of continued employment.
