Dental Patient Coordinator

Dental Front Desk Team Member:

Solo dental practice in Waukesha seeking a qualified and quick on their feet patient/insurance coordinator to join our customer service front desk team. This is an excellent career opportunity for someone who has an interest in working in healthcare. This individual works directly with patients on the telephone and in person, has constant interaction with co-workers, dentists, and insurance providers.

The potential candidate must be a team player, detail oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Dental software knowledge and experience with dental insurance is preferred, but we are willing to train an enthusiastic recruit.

Requirements: High school graduate or higher; fast learner; able to work independently; dental or insurance experience strongly preferred; excellent references; must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings. Four day work week.
