Heavy Equipment Crane Operator

The Crane Operator operates a 35 ton Mi-Jack and 100,000lb Manitowoc Crawler to move concrete products out of the production plants to the yard for shipping preparation. Also performs a variety of other yard duties with the Yard crew to ensure safe transport of concrete products. Inspects equipment, operates front end loader and fork truck to transport various other materials. A reliable and strong team player with a good work ethic is necessary for successful employment. Skills Required:

Proven experience operating a crane

General understanding of other yard vehicles and equipment; proven experience, forklift, skid loader, semi yard trailer

General understanding of concrete preferred

Ability to follow direction from supervision

Ability to work in inclement weather conditions

Good housekeeping skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to operate equipment safely

Strong work ethic

Ability to work overtime as needed

Willingness to be at work on time every day!
