Property Caretaker (part-time)

Fun family with a vacation home on Pine Lake in Southeast Wisconsin (Waukesha County) would like to hire an experienced part-time Property Caretaker to care for their residence. Qualified candidates need to have a keen eye for detail and great hands-on maintenance skills. This position will include complete oversight of the home and property, preventative maintenance of the interior and exterior of the home (including appliances, mechanicals, HVAC, security, plumbing systems, etc.), lawn and patio care, and seasonal services (including seasonal opening/close of the property and hands-on snow removal with a shovel and/or blower). Must be comfortable working with and performing basic maintenance for lake boats; access to a vehicle with a trailer hitch for moving boats and watercraft required.

Compensation up to $30 an hour offered, based on work experience. Generally a three day work week (25 to 28 hours per week). Occasional additional hours may be required in the summer.
