Part-Time Companion for my Witty, Lively Older Mom

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a part-time companion to help my wonderful 96-year-old mom as she recovers from a broken hip. She has a fantastic, wry sense of humor. We're not looking for a nurse, but rather a friendly spirit who can help encourage her to get up and get moving.

She's a fun person to be around, so we're hoping to find someone who is equally lively and enjoys a good laugh.

The job involves:

Taking walks with her (she's working on getting her steps back!)

Making simple meals like light sandwiches

Providing friendly company and conversation

Encouraging her to do her physical therapy exercises

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. My mom loves funny, engaging people, so if you're a good conversationalist with a kind heart and a great sense of humor, you'd be a perfect fit.
