-ability to knowledgeably assist customers with purchases/orders and provide an outstanding customer experience

-opening and closing store

-enthusiasm to learn and share knowledge of product

-maintaining store appearance; i.e. keeping product fully stocked, daily cleaning

-maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance

-creating a positive space and store experience

-filling phone orders and online orders

-preparing tasting kits
