Technical Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manage Life Sciences Client engagements and Project

Manage Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Implementation projects for

the Rockwell PTC Practice using Agile methodologies and SCRUM project

execution techniques. Analyze PLM User Requirements, Support Functional

and Technical Design Workshops, Systems Configuration, Systems

Development and Integration, Testing and Computer Systems Validation,

and User Adoption and Training. Provide client demonstrations and

training for the PLM systems as part of the consulting engagements and

to promote and expand usage and adoption of leading business practices

based-on the configured software. Train and supervise the Rockwell

technical staff of the different systems capabilities and leading

practices for using the software. Collaborate with Rockwell Enterprise

Technology leadership to build new relationships and expand our business

and offerings for the Rockwell PTC practice. Attend Life Sciences

industry conferences and events to support market research and

networking. Support Rockwell PTC PLM market expansion into Latin America

markets. Consult and make recommendations for the client on systems

usage to develop standard operating procedures that will comply with

regulations and quality standards. Partner with the broader Rockwell

organization to create deliverables, workshop content, and prepare flow

charts to describe operating procedures and business processes. Analyze

science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to

develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system

administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management

and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review

computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. May

analyze or recommend commercially available software OTHER

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, or a related field and 6 years of progressive,

post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, we will accept a

Master's degree in Computer Science and 4 years of work-related

experience. Must have 4 years of experience in Software development,

including three of the following: HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap

Framework, XML, PHP, or Python; Must have 2 Years of experience in

Windchill Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Implementation; Must have 4

years of experience with two of the following: Quality Management

Systems, including FDA Part 11 Compliance, EUMDR Regulatory

Requirements, or Computer Systems Testing and Validation; Must have 2

years of experience with Project Management, including consulting on PLM

Implementation in the Life Sciences industry; and Must have 3 years of

experience in Agile Project Management. Must have Windchill

Certification. Must have 4 years of experience in business and technical

Spanish. 100% Telecommuting. Travel: 5% domestic travel and 5%
