Billing Clerk

Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for handling various tasks related to billing functions, accounting software systems, and customer service. Responsibilities: Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit Utilize various accounting software systems including Microsoft Excel, IBM AS/400, and ADP - Financial Services for data management Handle billing functions efficiently, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed promptly Manage claim administration, ensuring all claims are processed and resolved in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when necessary Handle collection processes, ensuring all outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries effectively Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks related to the job function Assist with various accounting functions as required.
