Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a 3rd shift Medical Data Entry Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is vital in the healthcare field, where you will be responsible for entering patient information into our databases from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities: Transcribing large volumes of data from paper documents into our database Ensuring all data entries are accurate and up-to-date Operating and managing the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) Utilizing various systems such as EHR SYSTEM, IBM AS/400, and McKesson Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping Handling billing functions and claim administration efficiently Providing excellent customer service by resolving inquiries related to data entries Documenting all data entry tasks and procedures for future reference Ensuring confidentiality and security of all patient data.Requirements Proficiency in the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) Experience with EHR SYSTEM Familiarity with IBM AS/400 Knowledge of McKesson software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Understanding of Billing Functions Experience in Claim Administration Strong Customer Service skills Proven proficiency in Data Entry tasks Ability to handle Documentation effectively and accurately Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
