What we look for in a IT Project Manager Required- Corporate knowledge - Finance, Tax, Treasury, HR, Procurement, Real Estate, etc.

- Experience and full understanding of processes in managing projects from initiation to execution
- Experience leading projects to success. (within budget, scope, and schedule)
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter and independent.
- 2-3 years+ of related project management experience, preferably in a large, global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects of team/SMEs, develop internal/external relationships, establish a cross-team partnership.
- Project management skills in complex IS and business environments, including the ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones. Proven project management experience managing global implementations. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Passion for leading teams and implementing change.
- Proven project management experience, including managing a budget. Experience working at the executive committee level. Proven experience with quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, issue analysis, and resolution skills. Highly organized.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with internal clients.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced multicultural global work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal clients.
- Ability to gather and address both business and technical requirements.
- Own all aspects of assigned projects.
- Work collaboratively to define and resource the right roles to deliver specified goals on assigned projects.
- Monitor and report on the overall status of projects.
- Use project management methodologies, best practices, and tools. (Waterfall and Agile)
- Ability to put together detailed project plans, manage project financials, status reporting, and overall ownership for assigned projects
