Business Analyst

IRG is seeking a Business Analyst for its client at Milwaukee, WI Role: Business Analyst Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 1.5 Years Job Description: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, systems and user needs. Formulates systems to support overall business strategies. Experience with identifying solutions to business problems using process reengineering and technology. Familiar with current and emerging technologies and standards. Ability to perform risk assessments, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Effective at following plans and completing goals on time and on budget. At ease at working independently and able to perform a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Top Skills:

• Business Knowledge of Finance business practices including: Global ledger, fixed asset, cash, AR, Billing, Accounts Payable.
• Ability to develop, document and communicate effective business requirements with traceability to test cases.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Five or more years of experience with business analysis or related area.
• Four Years Knowledge of Finance practices and Systems with focus on any or all of global ledger, fixed assets, cash, accounts receivable, billing, and accounts payable modules.
• Understanding of business processes and process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to Executive Leadership.
• Ability to develop, document and communicate effective business requirements with traceability to test cases.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take on additional responsibilities as required by the position.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or Accounting or equivalent working experience.

• Six Sigma, Lean, or Equivalent Certification
• Prior experience with Jira software
• Prior experience with Lawson or CloudSuite Financials
