Description: Looking for a Program Manager to play a hybrid Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer role for our Core Data Services train. The Release Train Engineer is a key contributor to our Agile Release Train's (ART) success because they drive principles of empiricism and transparency throughout the planning and delivery by means of coaching and servant leadership for the advancement of the ART. The role demands a passion for agile practices, a drive to build partnerships with Product Management, Architecture and Engineering and a deep set of soft-skills including facilitation, influencing and negotiation. o Partners and drives planning with Product Management and Architecture in order to define/refine the roadmap and backlog of Epics & Features o Facilitates PI planning events and ensures transparency between teams and leadership o Drives alignment on key artifacts like Definition of Ready & Definition of Done o Ensures development, communication and tracking of milestones o Monitors the ART teams identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating scope, budget, quality, timeline issues appropriately o Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other Engineering stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment o Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated o Creating and maintaining all Product Lifecycle documents and project KPIs on a weekly basis o Create, implement and maintain procedures documentation o Create release notes for internal/external communications o Monitor deliverables and ensure transparency of status and artifacts o Communicate priorities and status to stakeholders
