We are seeking a professional and friendly office team member to help us answer phones, reply to emails, enter orders, post-payments, resolve issues, develop systems, improve efficiency - and provide excellent service to our customers!

FULL TIME & PART TIME

9:00am - 5:00pm/Close MONDAY - FRIDAY

SMALL BUSINESS OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS IDEAL

General Job Requirements:

- Reliable transportation and attendance

- US Citizen, HS Diploma or GED minimum

- Experience in small business office setting

- Professional phone and email etiquette

- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks and work until completion

- Ability to read numerical SKU's, UPC Codes, Product Labels and Descriptions, etc.

- Ability to communicate, listen to feedback, maintain current office/data entry procedures

- Ability to learn new software as needed, Ex: Shopify and Business Central - Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Ability to create, share, edit Microsoft Office letters, documents, spreadsheets, etc.

- Ability to work independently and/or with a team

- Hardworking and honest, positive attitude and punctual
