Job Description
You’ll be a critical member of a small management team responsible for broadening our customer base and increasing penetration related to communication related product and service offerings. Here’s how you will contribute:
- Execute sales strategies while ensuring strategic win-win relationships with customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and messaging based on corporate strategies and established objectives, market characteristics, competitive factors, and ROI.
- Enthusiastically participate in networking, community involvement, PR and industry activities.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions with internal and external subject matter experts to propose solutions to prospective/existing customers – in other words, deliver the “wow” factor.
Qualifications
Because we work on the cutting edge of communication technology, we need someone who is a creative problem solver, resourceful in getting things done, and highly collaborative. We’ll also be looking for these things:
- You are a great team leader builder, and communicator (verbal and written); capable of not just doing the work but teaching others – people like working with you.
- You have the vision to see opportunities, anticipate needs, and identify solutions.
- A focus on key business results including departmental KPI’s.
- Show us you care about customers, are metrics-driven, possess passion, and have a technical aptitude.
