Artisan Design Group (ADG), the parent company of Nonn's Kitchen Bath & Flooring, is currently seeking an
IT Support Specialist based out of the Nonn's Middleton, WI location. The position reports to the Director of IT at the ADG corporate offices in Coppell, TX and will support ADG divisions in the North Central region (currently MN, WI, IN, and OH). Expected travel is 5-30%.The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and procuring a wide array of devices, including phones, laptops, and tablets. The technician is expected to stay informed and educated on newly released and emerging technology. Additionally, the position is for training other staff members.The IT Support Specialist will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a large array of technology and stay abreast of new trends to influence direction and change for the company.Essential Duties/Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:- Image Dell laptops and computers for distribution between various domains
- Manage vendor warranty service and support claims
- Manage various software and hardware vendor portals
- Troubleshoot and support Apple and Android mobile devices (tablets, phones)
- Provide printer setup and support
- Support network management
- Manage inventory
- Work within a ticketing system to support the business
- Associate degree or related industry certifications with a minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a related field.
- Proficiency with a wide range of devices such as tablets, phones, and laptops along with Apple iOS, Android, and Windows OS.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Office 2013, 2016 and O365).
- Experience using Mobile Device Management platforms.
- High proficiency configuring and troubleshooting current Windows OS.
- Experience with Verizon Business Portal is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dell or Hewlett Packard business portals is a plus.
- Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and leverage the skills of others.
