Auto Body Technician and Refinishing Technician

Lynch Auto Body has two immediate job opening:

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Repair and Refinishing Technician to join our family in Madison, WI. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and attention to detail who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are offering to pay well for an experienced, certified tech who will have the opportunity to produce at least 80-120 hours / week. We are a DRP shop that consistently has a lot of work and can offer significant hours and pay for a qualified technician.

What we are looking for:

- Extensive experience as an auto body repair technician

- I-Car certification a plus

- Ability to work as a team player as part of the auto body shop team

- Positive attitude and ability to listen and follow directions

- Willingness to show up on time each day for work

- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions

- Able to multi-task and be detail oriented

- Results driven

- Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment

- Commitment to continued learning

- Focus on quality

Job Requirements:

- Ability to work independently or with team members.

- Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures for long periods of time.

- Valid drivers license, and can safely operate motor vehicle and has reliable transportation to and from work.

- Must be able to lift and or carry heavy supplies or materials up to 50lbs.

- Dependability to show up to work on time, daily.

- Four 10 hour day shifts 7am-6pm Monday- Thursday. (With flexibility)
