Skilled Apartment Maintenance Tech.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Complete work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority. Assist Turning Units in between tenant occupancy (Mandatory overtime weekend hours may be required) Painting both interior and exterior applications. Maintaining grounds. Assists in preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas. Mandatory Snow Removal (Weekend overtime). Exterior Structural maintenance as needed. Perform on call after hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency service. Assist with interior and exterior remodel projects. Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

12+ months' experience in general maintenance.

Some dry walling experience (+)

Carpentry Experience (+)

Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing.

Have good verbal and written communication.

Must provide own basic repair tools

Problem solving skills.

Be able to provide great customer service to our residents.

Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Must have reliable transportation.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
