Part-time to full-time Subcontractor Needed

Our company is looking for a a part-time to full-time subcontractor who has experience with commercial maintenance and remodeling work. We do have a few residential clients left but our main focus is all commercial work at this point. We do a little of everything for our clients including but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, commercial door replacements and repairs, ceiling tile replacements, lights, general repairs, reface storefronts, etc.

Most of our work is in the Dane County area. We do have some jobs pop up in Columbia and Sauk county but not as much.

- Must have $1 million dollar per occurrence general liability insurance with our company listed as certificate holder.

- Must have auto insurance.

- No recent or pending felonies. We do have clients that if you have any felonies at all you can not work on their property.

- Certain jobs will require paperwork to be filled out electronically, a smart phone is mandatory.
