Beacon Technologies is seeking an IT support specialist with at least 6-12 months' call center experience. This position will provide onsite user support in downtown Madison. This is a day-shift position and all work will be performed onsite with extensive social distancing and COVID-19 mitigation policies in place.

Here is what you'll be doing:

- Providing first-tier telephone helpdesk support to users on computers, servers, applications and hardware

- Supporting onsite users deskside and through remote support as needed

- Diagnosing and resolving problems and enter data into tracking system

- Escalating complex problems to experienced support staff

- Handling high call volume (large help desk / call-center experience is a must)
