CLEANING TECHNICIAN - DAYS

CLEANERS- MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

Looking for individuals with cleaning experience. This would be a daytime position. Cleaning common areas of large apartment complexes as well as move out cleaning of apartments, might also be needed to fill in with a residential crew. The scheduled hours will be Monday thru Friday starting at 7:00 AM. Pay based on experience between $12.00 and $14.00 per hour. Must be able to work independently in an efficient manor with minimal supervision. Having experience with Move Out Cleaning/ Construction Clean Up/ Carpet Cleaning experience is a plus but not required for this position. The ideal candidate will be punctual, professional, self motivated, able to work efficiently with limited supervision, and able to think on there feet. This position requires the ability to perform physical work with attention to detail in a timely manor, along with some minimal lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing.
