Registered Nurse - Geriatric Psychiatry (Stoughton, WI)

The Geriatric Psychiatry nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in the Geri-Psychiatry unit. This position will maintain all psychiatric care competencies. The registered nurse maintains accountability for his/her own practice and delegates/provides direction to other nursing personnel in the unit in accordance with their level of experience and expertise.

Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing, current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin in good standing, and current CPR certification. Non-violent crisis intervention training is required every two years on a rolling calendar. New grads accepted!

Full-time, Nights, 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., 36 hours/week, 72 hours bi-weekly, no weekends, every 3rd holiday rotation; 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
