Home Care Manager

Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the heart of downtown Madison, located a block off the capitol square. We are looking for a manager to continue the growth and success of our Home Care department. The Home Care Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Home Care Program and, at times, providing care. The Manager provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the program has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to meet resident care needs and effectively grow the program to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.

About you:One-year supervisory experience.

Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in long-term care, home care, caregiving, medication administration or a related field.

Prior experience in a sales role is ideal.

Must possess a genuine interest and compassion for the elderly.

Understand and apply state administrative rules for in-home care agencies in all aspects of daily operations.

Working knowledge of state regulations regarding operation of a home care agency and OSHA safety regulations.
