Capitol Lakes is currently seeking Resident Assistants (Caregivers) in our Assisted Living area to provide personal care assistance and support for residents in an individualized, professional manner, to help residents function at their highest level possible, and in accordance with each Service Plan. The Resident Assistant assists with daily operational needs of the facility to help ensure quality of care. Shift Options: Days, PM or NOC, full-time or part-time

Experience in caregiving/nursing field preferred. CNA certification or experience preferred but not required. Or, demonstrated competency of all established CNA skills and guidelines while providing Resident care

Must be CPR and first aid certified within the first month of employment and maintain certification at all times
