Graze Restaurant - Line Cook $18-$22 per hour

Graze Restaurant on the Capitol Square is looking to fill night time line cook positions!

Ideal candidates will have high volume restaurant experience; those with multi-station experience (especially flat top/plancha) or desire to learn preferred. Must be clean, organized, efficient, take direction well, remain calm under pressure. Days, Nights, weekends are required.

Duties include:

-prep & setup before service of assigned station

-cooking & plating of designated menu items

-listening & responding to the shift's expo to ensure a smooth service

-keeping station clean throughout the duration of the shift & helping break down & clean the kitchen post service

-reporting low inventory or counts to the kitchen manager/sous chef

-reporting to a scheduled shift on time, with advanced notice to the kitchen manager/sous chef if there are scheduling conflicts

Pay is $12 per hour + tip pool, which averages to $18-$20

Employment type: Full Time
