Due to retirement, we are looking for a leader to manage a territory and sales team in the packaging equipment and supplies vertical. Our client continues to growing organically and through acquisitions. Remote: Home Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuresales representatives are achieving their full potential and have access to appropriate support
- Develop a capable and trained salesforce
- Lead the sales training program
- Continuous margin improvements
- Ensure quotas and goals are routinely met
- Achieve consistent sales growth
- Document sales processes and procedures
- Quoting: Review end-user margins
- Inventory: review appropriate stock levels for products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required
- 5 plus years Sales experience
- Day Travel up to 40% Monday through Friday
- Excellent communication and consensus building
- Excellent training and mentoring skills
- Persuasive, determined and a bit relentless
- Ability and desire to follow up and follow through
